“Recep was very kind to email for confirmation a few days before the stay so that a ground floor room could be assigned, thereby not requiring to climb and carry luggage up the stairs (no lifts). Check in process was smooth, with the recep sharing some recommendations with a map of Warrnambool. Free on-site parking. Has ironing board. Would recommend.”

“Rooms are not serviced on Sunday and public holidays which we were not told until check in, however, our room was not serviced at all during our stay (Fri-Mon). We had to go to reception to request fresh towels. No option other than full cream milk. Not enough parking on premises.”

“This was our first time staying in a holiday park with our little one and it didn't disappoint! Great facilities - the indoor pool was brilliant, being winter and with a child who loves to swim! Really loved it! Only point of improvement would be to give the shower and the plugs in the sinks a good scrub and mould spray. Otherwise everything was great!”
